History
1999
RTM was founded in 1999 by Mr. Robert Kaiser as a specialist in plastic welding and initially operated under the name RTM-Welding. Over the years, the company has evolved into a leading provider in the infrastructure construction sector.
2004
This growth was significantly driven by diversification into rocket drilling in 2004 and the subsequent international expansion the following year. Since then, RTM has continuously expanded its expertise and range of services.
2015
A major milestone in the company’s history was the acquisition of a horizontal directional drilling rig in 2015, which further strengthened RTM’s market position in Germany.
2018
As the main contractor for Deutsche Glasfaser, the company demonstrated its competence in managing and executing large-scale projects successfully in 2018.
2020
RTM reached a historic milestone: projects worth several million euros marked a record in the company’s history, underscoring its continuous growth and sustained success.
2023
In 2023, RTM again played a key role in various projects. Our expertise and dedication contributed to the successful completion of these assignments. We continue to pursue innovation and quality in everything we do.
2024
In 2024, RTM will launch new projects for UGG, including the expansion of backbone and FTTH networks as well as the installation of power lines in Bodø. Additionally, RTM is working on infrastructure projects, further highlighting the company’s diverse expertise and ongoing growth. These developments emphasize RTM’s commitment to innovation and quality in infrastructure technology.
